All digital products, online courses, and membership fees are non-refundable once access is granted, due to the immediate availability of proprietary materials.

Coaching or Consulting Services
If you purchase personalized coaching, refunds are available within 3 days of purchase provided no sessions have been completed. After coaching begins, payments are non-refundable.

Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge for resolution.

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel future billing at any time by emailing [email protected] or through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
